About Tom Will, Ph.D.
I founded Growth at Work in 2018 to connect with others who are committed to their own development. I have worked with clients in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, technology, wealth management, public health, and banking sectors.
Drawing on constructive-developmental psychology and the adaptive leadership framework, I help managers and executives make progress on deep challenges.

In addition to my consulting roles, I am Professor of Business Management at Agnes Scott College, where for 19 years I have taught courses in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership.

I live in Marietta, Georgia, with my wife Claudia and our two daughters. I love laughing with my wife, walking my dog Daisy, and cheering for our daughters in lacrosse.
I am a graduate of Harvard Kennedy School's Art and Practice of Leadership Development (2014), have studied workshop facilitation at Harvard Business School (2018), and have trained in Immunity to Change® facilitation for individuals (2014, 2017) and teams (2019) under Harvard's Bob Kegan and Lisa Lahey.
