About Tom Will, Ph.D.

I live in Marietta, Georgia, with my wife Claudia and our two daughters. I love laughing with my wife, walking my dog Daisy, and cheering for our daughters in lacrosse.

Since founding Growth at Work in 2018, I have worked with clients in the retail, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, technology, consumer goods, construction, wealth management, public health, mobile gaming, education, and banking sectors.

In addition to my work with this LLC, I am an executive education faculty member at The University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, senior consultant at The Developmental Edge, and Professor of Business Management at Agnes Scott College.

I am a graduate of Harvard Kennedy School's Art and Practice of Leadership Development (2014), have studied workshop facilitation at Harvard Business School (2018), and have trained in Immunity to Change® facilitation for individuals (2014, 2017) and teams (2019) under Harvard's Bob Kegan and Lisa Lahey.
