Growth at Work
About Tom Will, Ph.D.
I founded Growth at Work in 2018 to connect with others who are committed to their own development. I have worked with clients in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, technology, wealth management, public health, and banking sectors.
Drawing on constructive-developmental psychology and the adaptive leadership framework, I help managers and executives make progress on deep challenges.
In addition to my Growth at Work role, I am Senior Consultant at The Developmental Edge, an executive education faculty member at The University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, and Professor of Business Management at Agnes Scott College, where I have served for 19 years.
I live in Marietta, Georgia, with my wife Claudia and our two daughters. I love laughing with my wife, walking my dog Daisy, and cheering for our daughters in lacrosse.
I am a graduate of Harvard University's Art and Practice of Leadership Development (2014), have studied workshop facilitation at Harvard Business School (2018), and have trained in Immunity to Change® facilitation for individuals (2017) and teams (2019) under Harvard's Bob Kegan and Lisa Lahey.
